Founded by Kate Duyn in 2016 as an uplifting community space in West LA, the studio programs classes for all levels, spanning prenatal yoga, Vinyasa, Yin + Sound, and its signature Lotus Flow with creative sequencing. Offerings also include teacher trainings, workshops, and kirtans, alongside a dedicated Wellness Wing offering massage, acupuncture, and reiki.
