Set in the lobby of the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman, Library By The Sea pairs vintage spirits and advanced culinary technology with immersive cocktail narratives inspired by classic literature. Launched by Jim Wrigley and Andrew Copsey, the bar combines an on-site prep lab with a cozy library atmosphere where guests explore high-concept drinks, paired small plates, and storytelling mixologists.
