The open kitchen is anchored by an 800 degree brick oven, which turns out the signature bread served with the restaurant's olive oil butter, Egyptian dukkah and grilled peppers. Culinary Director Maayan Glass leads the kitchen for the 12 Chairs Group, and the menu runs on an in-house dry-aging program alongside Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking. Built with a small, personal layout rather than a large dining room, the space invites guests to settle in and stay for hours.
