Description
Led by instructor Larissa Raphael, the workshop examines the motanka's role as an amulet for family protection, tracing its identity to the Ukrainian verb *motaty* ("to wind"). Working through traditional tying techniques, attendees construct a piece in time for the holidays to share with someone special. The session is open to participants 16 and older.
