Description

Established in 1864 as Lemp's Western Brewery, the 14-acre site encompasses over 20 Italian Renaissance-style brick buildings, designated St. Louis City Landmark #80 in 1975. Inside the converted bottling house, the historic industrial footprint remains in active use as a working creative hub where about 100 bands practice alongside local artists.
