Led by Head Instructor Douglas Cook, the academy focuses on safe, effective technique whether someone is stepping onto the mats for the first time or returning after years away. Training extends across Gi and No-Gi sessions for teens and adults, dedicated classes for ages 3 to 12, and open mat time throughout the week. Based on Gallatin Pike near Inglewood and Five Points, the clean space accommodates seasoned grapplers and whole families training side by side.
