Le Syndicat

Set behind a hidden speakeasy exterior, this lively lounge pairs soft carpet and gold-coloured curtains with shelves packed with local bottles. The drink selection showcases 100% French spirits and liqueurs, including armagnac and calvados mixed into creative twists on classics. Guests flip through an R&B-inspired CD case menu containing individual booklets for signature drinks like the Bond's Sneaky Martini and the Tropicool. Regulars and newcomers fill the room for late-night after-work drinks, though the popular space can get quite packed.
