Description

Executive chef Jim Drohman shapes the downtown Seattle spot around an intimate dining room and familiar French cooking. Alongside rich hot chocolate and morning coffee, the kitchen turns out dishes like French onion soup, raclette, and chicken liver terrine. The accompanying cellar spotlights small, independent winemakers working with organic methods, carrying on a neighborhood routine running since 2000.
