Established as the chain's first West Coast location, the café sits amid the neighborhood's shopping blocks. Founder Alain Coumont brought over rustic furniture from Belgium to outfit the interior, while the bakery counter offers snacks such as a vegan apple cannelé. Alongside daytime visitors dropping in between shops, the outpost runs an in-house catering department handling company lunches.
