Le Pain Quotidien
4.1 (948)cafe
Set in the annex of a historic Dupont Circle mansion, this cafe pairs exposed brick with a sunny sidewalk patio.
Description

The cafe is set inside the late-1800s Queen Anne-style James G. Blaine Mansion, the last surviving example of the mansions that once surrounded Dupont Circle. While the former home of Republican politician James G. Blaine remains a private residence, its annex incorporates reclaimed wood into the older structure. Outside, tables overlook the active street corner where P and 20th Streets NW intersect.
