Le Jardinier

Set on the west side of the Kinder Building, Le Jardinier was conceived by chef Alain Verzeroli and The Bastion Collection. Inside an intimate space shaped by mid-century modern elegance, Executive Chef Felipe Botero and Pastry Chef Curtis Redman steer the kitchen beyond pure garden plates, sending out dishes like filet mignon with pommes dauphine and a sunny-side egg alongside pastry work, backed by polished, attentive table service.
