5.0 (10)theater
5.0 (10)A youth theater conservatory training teen and college actors through professional rigor and original stage productions.
Description
Founded in 2009 by Felicia Pfluger, the Brookfield conservatory works with performers from across Chicagoland under the premise that young performers can handle the discipline expected of adult actors. Training centers on the Pfluger Empathy Movement Method, focusing on physicality, voice and speech intonations, muscle activation, and micro-expressions alongside improvisation. Beyond stage technique, the program develops collaborative leadership, socio-emotional growth, and critical thinking skills for life.
