The operation draws on Swedish family recipes brought to America in 1923, maintaining a steady presence across the Vancouver and Portland area since 1986. The baking repertoire extends well past everyday cookies and pies to feature scratch-baked Danish pastries, puff pastries, tortes, and tarts, alongside elaborate custom wedding cakes. The space also runs a deli serving fresh sandwiches, salads, and soups, complemented by a dedicated coffee bar pouring specialty Tully's coffee drinks.
