Larry and Penny Thompson Memorial Park and Campground

Across the South Florida woodland, bike trails and hiking paths cut through stands of palmettos, wildflowers, and remnants of historic University of Miami fruit groves. The grounds center on a freshwater lake featuring a seasonal beach with a waterslide. Stays revolve around 240 separate RV campsites equipped with electrical, water, and sewer hookups, serviced by four large bathhouses.
