The main house is arranged with three sleeping areas: a downstairs Naupaka bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, an upstairs temple-view bedroom, and an upstairs Naupaka beach-view loft. Alongside, the two adjacent studio cottages each include their own kitchen and dining area and a private bathroom with shower.
