LaGuardia Landing Lights

This patch of green is a basic spot for dog socialization and watching planes land. The setup is bare-bones: there are no benches or seating, and the dog area is not enclosed. Some visitors also note that the site could be cleaner. If seating is a priority, another park segment just to the east on 23rd Avenue offers benches while maintaining a view of the planes.
