Description
More than 10 miles of paths trace the park, anchored by the paved 2.7-mile Lakeside Nature Trail and the unpaved 4.7-mile Rim Trail. Out on the reservoir, rental options include row boats alongside seasonal trout fishing. Because blue-green algae is present, body contact with the water is never permitted, and visitors must keep children and pets away from the shoreline. Back on dry ground, the site provides picnic areas equipped with BBQ grills and a children's playground with a tot-lot.
