Description
Opened in Tarzana in 2006 as CiCi’s Cafe, the restaurant continues under the same family ownership and team. Chef CiCi expanded her original small menu well beyond pancakes to include French toast, waffles, and crêpes, alongside lunch dishes like pastas, burgers, and salads. Other signature plates include the Dutch Baby and Chocolate Velvet Pancakes, alongside Green Tea Tiramisu, earning features on Food Paradise, Thrillist, and ABC7’s Eye on LA.
