Installed on Mount Vernon Street, this playful and evocative piece by Orlosky Studio was chosen as the winning concept in a public vote approved by the Lynn Public Arts Commission, taking 30 percent of 212 ballots. Its sheets feature words generated through community workshops, connecting Lynn's history as a shoe mecca to the character of the city today.
