Description
Owner David Vazquez spent 22 years as a server at La Unica, gaining kitchen experience after starting at the restaurant at age 16. When the original owner retired, Vazquez and his wife transformed the familiar space and reunited with their longtime Cuban chef to open La Cubanita, carrying forward two food traditions with deep ties to the local community.
