Built inside an industrial frame with solid oak fixtures and natural light, the space offers an open view of the roastery through a glass window. The design channels a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Alongside strong coffees, the bakery serves laminated pastries—like squash and stracciatella—and cardamom buns rich with whole seeds. To keep the main tables open for dining, laptops are restricted to solo library-style pods. While this Bushwick location is more spacious than its sister spots, these dedicated work setups fill up quickly.
