Founded in 2015 by Selvin Oseguera and his family, the restaurant grew out of more than 20 years working across the restaurant industry before striking out on their own. The kitchen focuses on their flair for Central American cooking, pairing a family-oriented menu with the long-term goal of building an enduring Northwest tradition that brings people from all walks of life together.
