L'Atelier Philly

Chef Julie Brami operates the space as both a neighborhood counter and an active teaching studio. Alongside delicate sweets and custom cakes, the bakery offers weekly bread shares and custom dessert menus. In the workshop, sessions unpack traditional technique, guiding participants through skills from fermentation to decoration across all skill levels. The calendar also stretches beyond pure pastry with seasonal events like cheese and gin pairings, olive oil and chocolate tastings, and high tea.
