L' Anima

Run by Roman-born chef Gianluca Demontis and co-owner Rosemarie, who bring over twenty years in the industry, the restaurant complements its kitchen with pours from Regio X, a small-batch organic vineyard in Slovenia. Tables move from burrata and parmigiana pinsa to grigliata di pesce and rose water panna cotta. Inside, the modern setting is bright and clean-lined, opening out onto a spacious patio reminiscent of European piazza dining that easily accommodates both quiet dinners and larger gatherings.
