Kwaidan — film screening at Syndicated Bar Theater Kitchen

Taking its title from an archaic Japanese word meaning 'ghost story', this screening presents Masaki Kobayashi's quartet of Japanese ghost stories adapting traditional folk tales. The anthology features four narratives, including a penniless samurai, a snow maiden, and a blind musician, presented in Japanese with English subtitles.
