Kuli‘ou‘ou Ridge Trailhead
4.8 (595)park
Winding through shaded guava and koa forest, this ridge hike opens up to panoramic views across the windward coast.
Description

The well-marked route climbs through a mix of native and introduced woodland, often staying dry even when neighboring trails catch rain. Along the ascent, hikers pass two dedicated resting spots: an early shelter with tables and benches, followed later by a bench placed just after a climb over tree roots. Beyond the forest, clear skies reveal expansive views of Kuli‘ou‘ou Valley and the Pacific Ocean, though heavy summit fog can roll in to veil the coast.
