Kovler Seal Pool

Above-ground vantage points border the habitat alongside a terrestrial space where the seals can move between sunny and shaded spots. The enclosure incorporates naturalistic rockwork and artificial kelp, with underwater lighting to enhance evening viewing. Keepers also run daily positive reinforcement training sessions narrated by a learning interpreter, rewarding the seals with preferred food items as they complete specific tasks and movements.
