Description
The concept grew out of a collaboration between two Seattle designers and an Osaka-based chef to recreate Japan's traditional coffee jelly. Freshly brewed coffee meets Japanese agar to capture the dessert's signature texture and balance of coffee flavor and sweetness. In addition to jelly coffee, the menu extends to a dedicated jelly milk series alongside matcha and tea options, establishing the format since launching in summer 2024.
