A long-standing San Antonio staple, Kostas rounds out its counter menu with lamb chops, Greek salads, and beef alongside fresh fries. Much of the daytime draw centers on the lunch specials, turned around fast in a recently renovated space where the staff is as practiced with first-time visitors as they are with longtime regulars.
