Kosciuszko (Thaddeus) Park

The grounds span nine acres south of Diversey Avenue, pairing outdoor ball diamonds, a tennis court, and an artificial-turf soccer field with a soft-surface ADA-accessible playground with a spray feature. Inside the fieldhouse, an assembly hall and stage join year-round aquatics and community rooms.

The park is especially noted for its Special Recreation programs and accessible facilities, hosting dedicated training for Special Olympics athletes. Other offerings range from martial arts and tumbling to seasonal break camps, after-school care, and neighborhood gatherings like the Movies in the Parks series.
