Konjo started as a catering project and food truck before establishing its counter-service home. A major throughline is dietary flexibility, offering dishes with gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options that stay true to traditional family recipes. Alongside standard service, the kitchen branches out for weekend brunch with distinct additions like breakfast burritos, complemented by a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony.
