Koa Pancake House
4.2 (261)restaurant
A casual island staple serving buttermilk pancakes, build-a-mocos, and generous local breakfast plates.
Description

In 1988, husband and wife Il Man and Sam Soon Chung opened their first dine-in spot on O’ahu, naming the restaurant after Hawaiian Koa wood. A second location in 2001 introduced a fast-casual dining experience that led to multiple outposts across the island. Alongside traditional breakfast and lunch plates prepared with a Hawaiian flair and quick service, the kitchen turns out specialty pancakes, hearty omelettes, and local favorites like Vinha D'alhos.
