Founded by Coach Seung and his family, the academy shapes its training around an ohana-centered culture where student families are an active part of gym life. Sessions span both keiki and adult groups, with Coach Seung leading instruction alongside Jr. Coaches Abby and Junie, who help guide the younger students.
