Description

Beyond the main dump bucket, the water area spreads out with a mushroom-shaped sprayer for toddlers, a curtain-style Fun-Brella, and a ground-level spray tunnel. The rest of the park provides racquetball courts, a playground, and a gazebo. Originally known as City Park, the space was renamed in honor of Katherine "Kit" Land Nelson, an Apopka civic member and longtime supporter of local parks and the foliage industry.
