Description
Operating out of the historic Paymaster Building and Gatehouses, this post-Prohibition setup produces handmade bourbon and rye on site. Inside, visitors can check out the Boozeum whiskey museum or join dedicated tasting classes that break down how the spirit is made, before lingering over drinks in the bar's private courtyard.
