Led by Chef Won Kim, Kimski grew from a backyard family tradition into the expansion space of Maria’s Packaged Goods & Community Bar. The kitchen draws on locally sourced ingredients for dishes like Jja Jjang Ramyun and sausage spiked with soju mustard. Seating spreads out onto an outdoor patio, and diners can also take their food over to have a drink at Maria's bar.
