Kiln

Spanning 31,441 square feet across the ground level and full second floor at the UnCommons campus, Kiln arranges work setups for solo operators up through full companies. The floor plan covers open desks, private offices, and team studios, paired with event spaces and A/V-equipped meeting rooms ready for various group sizes.

Beyond workstations, the setting integrates refresh areas and a dedicated massage chair, operating on all-inclusive, month-to-month memberships that accommodate both quiet focus and collaborative energy.
