Killer Noodle arrived in 2017 as the first American branch of Seito Masamune Tantanmen Tsujita, drawing directly from the brand founded in Tokyo in 2003. Tsujita established 18 shops across Japan before exporting the concept overseas, where its American footprint has since grown to three locations across California and Texas.
