Description
Founded by certified instructor Rita Renner, Kids' Yogaland shapes movement around age-appropriate poses, interactive games, singing, and dancing to build strength, flexibility, and emotional well-being. Formats extend beyond standard group work to private sessions at home or in Sandy Springs, school programs, scout gatherings, and faith-based movement classes. The studio also runs themed storytelling parties like Alice in Wonderland and Frozen, designed specifically for participants in the 2 to 14 age range.
