Description
Rebuilt in 1991 into a five-acre facility with 10,000 open-air seats, the current arena replaced the 1925 original with a much smaller footprint. An eight-lane oval with a field-events area frames the central turf, which hosts high school football, college matches, and league soccer. Outside scheduled competition, the stadium operates as a hub for local running clubs, with groups gathering for evening workouts under lights that remain on until 10 p.m.
