Located at the corner of West 4 Avenue and West 44 Place, the grounds operate as a small passive park designed for taking in the scenic view. Harry Wayne Casey formed KC and the Sunshine Band in 1973 in Hialeah while working as a part-time employee at TK Records, a music store also based in the city.
