Supervised by Masuo Onishi, owner of the Best of Boston award-winning Tsurumen Davis, the shop brings his ramen to the West Coast. Bowls are assembled from scratch, pairing fresh daily broth and traditional Japanese noodles with hand-prepared chashu pork and menma bamboo shoots.
