Kauai Family Restaurant
4.6 (1,034)restaurant
A Georgetown strip-mall staple dishing up classic Hawaiian plate lunches, kalua pork, and fresh malasadas since 1993.
Description

Set amidst the factories and warehouses next to Boeing Field, the eatery carries direct roots back to Kauai, where owner Peter Buza worked with his late father-in-law at The Lawai Restaurant before setting up in Seattle. Today, Buza cooks alongside his daughter Randi, turning out everyday island favorites like lau lau, lomi salmon, and mac salad. The space operates primarily as a take-out spot with 42 seats for dining in, anchored by straightforward, family-cooked grinds.
