Description

Wandering over from the nearby lighthouse reveals an unusual, rarely visited strip of coast bordered by heavy machinery. The adjacent scrap metal operations bring noticeable industrial odors across the sand, and the stretch is mostly inhabited by unhoused residents rather than standard beach crowds. Although there are small pockets where the water is less rocky for wading, the conditions remain consistently rough, leaving the shore far removed from typical seaside recreation.
