Classes center on close supervision across specialized movement disciplines, incorporating Gyrotonics, the Bodhi Suspension System, and EMS Sculpt alongside targeted fascia work. Group reformer sessions run in tight batches around three reformers to allow direct, continuous form adjustments, while one-on-one sessions focus on post-injury recovery and conditioning with instructors holding decades of combined teaching background. The facility also operates as Hawaii’s authorized CoreAlign teacher training center.
