Operating as Bethesda’s first fine-dining Indian restaurant, the kitchen focuses on a broad lineup of grilled meats, seafood, and vegetable curries. The menu stretches from traditional appetizers like bhel puri to mains such as chicken tikka masala, hariyali chicken tikka, and spiced eggplant, paired with soft, chewy naan and lacha parata.
