Designed by architect John Galen Howard with a Colosseum-inspired facade, UC Berkeley's home venue pairs classical proportions with updates from a major 2012 renovation. Modern concourses, an updated press box, and wheelchair-accessible routes now integrate with the historic shell and traditional bleacher seating. On game days, the bowl draws high-energy crowds and spirited cheering, accompanied by standard stadium bites and active concourse bars.
