Jose’s Kitchen

Founded in 2017, the kitchen operates out of a brick-and-mortar location in Smyrna alongside a food truck moving through Nashville and surrounding towns. The menu centers on inventive hybrids like Southwest chicken egg rolls, cream cheese crab wontons, and Beijing noodles. Mains balance wok classics like Mongolian beef against plates such as honey lime jalapeño chicken and chipotle chicken, flanked by wild spice wings, honey sake shrimp, and apple habañero cake.
