Joe Frazier Statue

Sculpted by artist Stephen Layne in 2015, the monument honors the heavyweight champion who served as Sylvester Stallone's prototype for Rocky Balboa. It occupies the spot at the base of the museum steps where the fictional Rocky statue once stood. While set beside a busy entranceway, nearby businesses offer food and outdoor seating, leaving space to pause and watch the sun go down.
