Beyond the standard menu of pastries, black coffee, and single-origin cortados, this space serves as a working research facility where the brand's baristas and roasters develop recipes and refine their skills. The shelves feature Joe’s own Long Island City roasts alongside a rotating stock of beans from international roasters. With only a few counter stools and a bench outside, it is designed less for lounging and more for observing the team at work or picking up fresh bags.
